Intro

It's amazing how down in the dumps you can get & it all has to do with what goes in your mouth.
I have been in a bad state when it comes to weight loss & I think I can say that I had my awakening last night at my gym.
I got talking to one of my gym instructors who once upon a time weighed 120kg like I did also once upon a time & she managed to get me motivated & in a new state of mind which is what I really needed. Like a big kick up my you know what. so I have deleted everything that I added on here & I am starting fresh.
I know there are some key factors to losing weight & for me it's using recipe books.
I will be cooking from my many books that have accumulated over the years.
I have weak points in my life & that's pretty much everyday breakfast & lunch.
I need to use my books to find recipes to cook from for those times of day, especially lunch times!
Water is my other downfall but as long as I drink plenty during my work outs then I should be fine there.
As time goes on I will update how I am feeling.
Today is a new me & at 100.9 kilos I am NOT keen to see those numbers ever again!!
Here is to the new me that's waiting inside trying to break through, once and for all!
